COVID-19

We have established a pregnant mouse model of COVID-19 using the murine coronavirus (MHV-A59), which is closely related to SARS-CoV-2. We are working to characterize the impact of this viral infection on the maternal microbiome and immune dysregulation that contribute to adverse pregnancy outcomes.
